By using Serivo.org and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Serivo is an online retailer of ladies bags, delivering across Pakistan.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Product availability and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors, with a prompt refund of any amount already paid.

We accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, and Easypaisa. An order is confirmed once successfully placed on our website.

Shipping

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies to all orders, delivered anywhere in All Pakistan. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

For orders with more than 4 items, shipping charges may be higher than the standard rate. Our team will confirm the final amount before dispatch.

Delivery

We deliver to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala & every city nationwide and cities nationwide. Delivery times are estimates typically 3 to 5 business days for major cities and 5 to 8 business days elsewhere. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 to 10 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Refunds are not available at this time.
