Exchange Policy

Exchanges Within 7 to 10 Days

We currently offer exchanges not refunds within 7 to 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

If you'd like a different style or colour, we're happy to help find the right fit.

How to Request an Exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 315 0106373 with your order number and a brief note about what you'd like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please do not send items back without confirming with us first.

What We Cannot Exchange

Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be exchanged. Items without original tags or packaging may not qualify.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we'll suggest suitable alternatives.

Refunds

At this time, Serivo does not offer cash refunds. We focus on exchanges so you can find a bag you'll love. We appreciate your understanding.
